Our online store offers standard shipping within Slovenia and throughout the EU.

Standard shipping is free for all orders.
Order Processing and Delivery Time - Hachiko Matcha, Bamboo Whisk, Bamboo Scoop
Order Processing: All orders for Hachiko Matcha, bamboo whisks, and bamboo scoops will be processed within 3 business days of receiving payment. For prepayment orders, processing will occur within 3 business days after receiving the bank transfer. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 12 business days.
- We reserve the right to delay order processing and delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, exceptional situations, etc.)
- We reserve the right to choose a different delivery service if it helps fulfill the order more efficiently.
Preorder Processing and Delivery Time - Matcha Preparation Set: Hachiko X Tide of Glaze
Preorder Processing: The Matcha preparation set (Hachiko x Tide of Glaze) is available only as a preorder. All preorders for the matcha preparation sets will be processed within 3 business days of receiving payment. For prepayment orders, processing will occur within 3 business days after receiving the bank transfer. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the preorder is received (and payment is processed), your set will go into production, which takes approximately 14 days.
Delivery Time: Once the set is ready, it will be delivered to the chosen address. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 12 business days.

We offer the following payment methods:

- Payment via Prepayment: Via bank transfer.
Payment Instructions
- Credit/Debit Cards: Select this option during checkout and follow the instructions to enter your card details.
- Electronic Payments: Select your method (PayPal, Apple Pay) and follow the instructions to sign in and complete the payment.
- Prepayment: After receiving your order, we will send you a proforma invoice by email with our bank details. Please make the payment within 3 business days to ensure order processing. Your order will be processed after receiving payment.
- For all orders, we will send an electronically certified invoice to the email you provided at checkout.
- *Preorder and Payment for: Matcha Preparation Set (Hachiko X Tide of Glaze): The set must be paid for when placing the preorder, after which it will go into production.
Subscription
The online store offers the option to purchase Hachiko Matcha through a monthly subscription. With a subscription, the customer receives the selected quantity of Hachiko Matcha (one or more units) every month at a discounted subscription price, without the need to place a new order each time.
How the Subscription Works
When subscribing, the customer selects the desired quantity of products, which will be automatically delivered every month. Payment for each subsequent delivery will be charged automatically using the selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.
Managing your Subscription
The subscription is not subject to a minimum commitment period. The customer may cancel the subscription at any time through their customer account. The cancellation applies to all future orders that have not yet been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation.
At any time through their customer account, the customer may:
- update their payment card details or choose another payment method, if available for subscriptions,
- cancel the active subscription.
If the customer wishes to change the subscription quantity or the delivery address, they must cancel their existing subscription and create a new subscription with the desired quantity and/or the new delivery address.
Subscription Pricing
The discounted subscription price applies exclusively to Hachiko Matcha purchased as part of an active subscription.
The Company reserves the right to change subscription prices or subscription terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes in advance. If the customer does not agree with the changes, they may cancel the subscription free of charge before the next billing date.
